Myself, Chris and our respective families enjoyed a day in foodie heaven this Bank Holiday, at none other than what is increasingly becoming known as Yorkshire’s ‘foodie capital’.
The Malton Food Lovers Festival was a hub and celebration of the fantastic produce in our beloved county, and boy did everyone turn out to join the fun!
Spilling over with local sellers, artisans, chefs, professionals, amateurs, enthusiasts, celebrities, legends, butchers, bakers and candlestick-makers, this beautiful town’s effort was impressive, and after seven years, the organisers have got it licked, offering what they can only describe as a “foodie revolution”.
