The perfect break from shopping

Lazeez means tasty, and as we know tapas is all about sharing, so this gives you an idea of what you can expect at Lazeez Lebanese tapas. Located just off Oxford Street, across the road from Selfridges, this small eatery brings Lebanon to London!

I visited the restaurant on the 29th October 2014, enjoying a mixed meze style starter followed by cubed lamb.

Lazeez very much promotes outdoor dinning which on a cold October evening they just about get away with thanks to an array of outside heaters, to be honest I’m thankful of the outside atmosphere as the inside is rather tight with a cafe style decor that seems to lack any real ambiance.

Lazer is not the sort of restaurant i’d make a trip to for a romantic meal with my wife, to be honest it’s better suited to a less formal venue maybe when taking a break from the hustle of Oxford Street shopping.

The food is tasty and I very much enjoyed what they had to offer, but I’ll be honest I wasn’t wowed and I’ve certainly had better.

Giving it 7/10 I recommend giving it a try for a bite to eat whilst out shopping in London.
