    When I was Spain I tried the most amazing parma ham, but it was so expensive. The waiter did say it was really old though so I suppose that makes all the difference

    I could really make a pig of my self with Parma ham I sometimes use it to wrapp chicken to keep it moist during cooking and to impart flavour to other bland meats .

    My absolute dream is to own my own pig and learn how to make real, homemade hams. Parma ham is delicious! All you need is a few slices of ham, some olives, and some beautiful crusty bread and you’ve got an amazing meal! Yummy x

    Parma ham with artichokes in between crusty bread. Eaten with melon, I have even grilled it which I would not normally admit to. I can asked for a quarter of the stuff in Italian.
