With ITV’s ‘This Morning’ declaring this weeks as National Yorkshire Pudding week, we thought it best to share with you our 2 time award winning Yorkshire Pudding recipe.

I can’t promise Olympic-level strength and fitness after you eat my award-winning Yorkshire Pudd. I do think it will make you extremely happy though and a recipe like that can’t be kept under lock and key

I’m truly delighted to have retained my title, it was a great day spent with The Cooking School at Dean Clough! I am told I now need to step down as an amateur and become a professional, I think that’s a switch I’m very much willing to take!! Watch out 2013, more great Yorkshire Puddings will be heading your way!

A new rose dedicated to one of Britain’s best-loved gardeners is to be officially launched at the Harrogate Autumn Flower Show, 14 – 16 September 2012.

Now don’t get me wrong, I’m all for experimenting, in fact over the last couple of weeks I’ve been experimenting myself by infusing milk for a brand new Yorkshire Pudding recipe, which will feature in this years Yorkshire Pudding Challenge at the Dean Clough Cookery School, (the recipe will be shared on YorkshirePudd.com as soon as judgeing is over
